mascara, mascara, make my eyes big
Hi, I'm Tiffany. I'm 31 and I just learned to love mascara. Crazy right? But mascara has never been my thing, especially because I wear contacts. I've tried a bunch throughout the years, from Maybelline to Christian Dior and have just never been impressed. So when I got the very coveted Influenster voxbox for Yves St Laurent and their new mascara, YSL Mascara Volume Effet Faux Cils I was excited but nervous. I figured I would try it and just give it my friend Alex who loves wearing mascara.Apparently I can sometimes be wrong. Who knew?
So I first had Alex put the mascara on me.
Even though she is phenomenal at makeup I was still scared.
Then I saw the results.
The real test of course was, could I do this by myself and still enjoy the results?
And the answer is....
Yes! My right eye has none and my left eye has the YSL and it looks so much better!!
So I wear pretty minimal makeup but I have to say, I am actually adding this mascara into my routine. I don't mean adding any mascara but I actually plan on purchasing more of this when I run out.
So why do I like it?
1. It does a really great job not smudging when I rub my eyes. Allergies + contacts means I will rub my eyes during the day. It may smudge a little after a while but is so easy to get off that I don't care.
2.I love how easy it is to put on. The wand is long and the brush too so I don't get it all over my eyelid or have to spend forever putting it on.
3. I can't believe how much my it makes my eyes pop. I love how much more brown and big my eyes looks.
4. It's a great brand and I feel good using it and trust it.

ReplyDeleteMy eyes are pretty sensitive as well,so it's very challenging to wear eye make-up,and I absolutely love liquid eyeliner.I use mascara only in the weekend,cause my job involves lots of dust .
I love YSL products,I use their foundation and it's heavenly,like my second skin.
I have to try their mascara asap:D
